Riggs' Description.
Description: Riggs we feel is Ritchie's brother, he also was in bad condition but has
come on in leaps and bounds.Playing, eating and sleeping is the main thing at
the moment but does love getting petted. With the love of his own family i can
see him growing into a lovely dog given the right guidance.He looks more like a
Rottie than a Shepherd but is chipped as Shepherd Cross
